LawGiver The Kingson Returns with "Born Of Love"

LawGiver The Kingson has released his deeply moving new single, “Born Of Love,” now available worldwide on all major digital streaming platforms.

The release follows an exciting period in the artist’s musical journey. LawGiver recently opened for reggae icon Burning Spear and performed alongside the legendary artist onstage. He has also secured a collaboration with Burning Spear for an upcoming album project, marking a significant milestone in his career.

With “Born Of Love,” LawGiver channels that momentum into a thoughtful roots reggae recording centered on humanity, compassion, and our shared connection. The song combines conscious lyrics with a rich musical arrangement featuring a deep bassline, organic bongo rhythms, acoustic guitar melodies, and soulful vocal harmonies.

Legendary Jamaican musician Cleveland “Clevie” Browne contributes vocal harmonies and bongo drums to the track, while rising vocalist Sobah provides additional backing vocals. Renowned bassist Owen “Bassie” Rennalls supplies the warm, steady groove that serves as the foundation of the recording.

“Born Of Love” was mixed by Marvin Jackson at Clevie Music Recording Studio and mastered by Jemoi Monteith at Clear Sonic Studio. The resulting production offers a polished but organic sound that remains firmly connected to the traditions of roots reggae.

Lyrically, the song reflects on the love and sacrifice of mothers who nurture their children from the womb. LawGiver considers how children enter the world with innocence and love in their hearts, yet can grow into adults who cause pain and suffering to others.
