Protoje - Art of Acceptance OUT NOW

Protoje returns with his latest full-length project, Art of Acceptance, a record that continues to push the boundaries of modern reggae while staying grounded in its roots. Known as one of the leading voices of the reggae revival movement, Protoje blends elements of hip-hop, soul, jazz, and dancehall into a sound that feels both contemporary and deeply connected to Jamaica’s musical foundation.

The album features an impressive lineup of collaborators, including Damian Marley, Stephen Marley, Shenseea, Masicka, Jesse Royal, and Pressure Busspipe, bringing together a mix of established icons and contemporary voices across the reggae and dancehall landscape. Production is handled by Winta James, whose work has helped shape some of Protoje’s most recognizable tracks and continues to define the sonic direction of this project.

Art of Acceptance arrives at a time when Protoje’s influence extends well beyond the studio. A Grammy-nominated artist, he has built an international audience through performances on platforms such as NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, along with appearances at major festivals around the world. His ability to move between global stages while maintaining a strong connection to reggae’s message and culture has positioned him as one of the genre’s most important contemporary voices.

The release also follows the recent launch of his Lost In Time Festival in Jamaica, further expanding his role as not just an artist, but a curator and cultural leader within the reggae community.
